Our Membership year goes from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, and we will begin to accept Membership Forms and Fees for 2019-2020 at our May meeting.
Our Membership Fee is $35.00. Please bring a cheque post-dated to July 15, 2019 along with your completed Membership Form to our May 9th or June 6th meeting. If you prefer to renew after July 15, 2019, please date your cheque accordingly. A cheque is preferable to cash; we do not accept e-transfers of fees. If you prefer, you may mail your Membership Form and cheque to the mailing address which is found at the bottom of the Membership Form.
Our Membership Directory is published annually after the October meeting. If you would like to be included in the Directory, your renewal must be completed and paid by October 10, 2019.
As a special incentive to alleviate line-ups at our Membership Table in September, our Executive is offering an Earlybird Draw for Four Free 2019-2020 Memberships! The Draw will take place at the June meeting – anyone who has renewed by June 6th, 2019 is eligible for one of these very generous prizes – if you are planning to mail your Membership Form and cheque, it must be received by June 5th, 2019 to qualify for the draw. Please don’t forget that our June meeting date has been changed so that we can all attend Quilt Canada!
