A Membership Directory will be distributed to all KQG members in October. The Directory will include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. All members are required to fill out a 2023-2024 Membership Form either in person,at a meeting, on-line, via email (membership@kanataquiltguild.com), or via Canada Post to Kanata Quilt Guild Membership, 140 Culloden Crescent, Ottawa, ON K2J 5Z9. Your 2023-2024 Membership Card will be made available upon receipt of your form and/or payment. MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR 2022-2023 MEMBERS: As a special Thank You for supporting our Guild through Covid-19, our 2023-2024 Fee for 2022-2023 Members is FREE if your Form is received by October 1, 2023.

E-Transfer: Send your fee to Kanata Quilt Guild: payments@kanataquiltguild.com (no password is required). If mailing a cheque please make payable to Kanata Quilt Guild and mail to: Kanata Quilt Guild Treasurer, 105 Belleview Drive, Kanata, ON K2L 3H2 NOTE: If you have sent E-Transfers to the Guild in the past, you will need to edit that address on your bank webpage. Include your full name in the Comments with your E-Transfer, as well as the purpose for those funds.
