November 2016 meeting
November 10, 9:30 am, at Glen Cairn United Church (see map in the sidebar at right)
We are anticipating an awesome presentation and trunk show, by Christine Baker and Nellie Holmes, who co-own The Upper Canada Quiltworks Publishing Company. Christine also owns her own design company, Fairfield Road Designs. Christine’s designs are country style patterns for fusible and wool appliqué and needle punch. Nellie Holmes is known for her Originellie patterns, which also use fusible and wool appliqué.
The shop of the month will be The Quilting Quarters, from Almonte. As well as our speakers, there will be draws, announcements, class registration opportunities, and of course Show and Tell. See you there!
