Technology got the better of us in September! The executive would like to apologize to anyone who was not able to access our first meeting of the year. Every attempt was made to reach everyone as quickly as possible.
We had a situation where people were sitting in the waiting room expecting to be let in, while the Host was sitting in a different room with one guest. We tried our usual bag of tricks to connect everyone, and ended up sending a whole new meeting invitation by email at 9:15 a.m. We are hoping this is an isolated incident and have escalated the issue with Zoom. To compound the issue, the web manager, Brigid, had a number of her emails land in her Junk folder, if you did not get a response directly, that’s where your mail went.
