This month we are lucky to have Rosalie Dace joining us from Durban, South Africa. Rosalie is a full-time textile artist and quilt maker. She has an art and education background. She is passionate about colour, pattern, texture and embroidery. She has taught and exhibited her art internationally. You can find her work in both private and public collections. She also judged at Quilts=Arts=Quilts, Quilt National and Visions.
Rosalie will be presenting “I am Here, Where are you?” This is a brand new lecture. It is a rich visual attempt to answer questions about where we are in our creative journeys and where we get our ideas. She will discuss designing in response to our individual stories and environments.
